Mexico "WPA Style" Posters

Posters

Chihuahua, Mexico

2020

Between 1935 and 1943, the US government developed the Works Progress Administration (WPA) Program with the goal of employing Americans during the Great Depression. As part of this program, artists created many now iconic posters, including a collection for America's National Parks, which to this day are well known and widely emulated, becoming an icon of graphic design. Their purpose was to promote an appreciation and recognition of America's natural and cultural wonders.

This collection hope to promote that same appreciation for Mexico's own amazing Natural Wonders, beginning with those in the Sierra Tarahumara of Chihuahua.

If you wish to purchase one of these posters, in either English or Spanish, please contact me directly through email.
